We collect this data using cookies and pixels on our Websites, including those provided by trusted third parties who collect it on our behalf, or when we provide our products to you. We use this personal information to:
  1. Compile aggregate data about traffic and interactions on our Websites in order to provide and improve our products, services, website content, and advertising;
  2. Support existing MHI products and develop new features and products; and
  3. Administer protection and security measures and ensure compliance with applicable End User License Agreements.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in your application, such as details related to religion, ethnicity, political association, date of birth (age) or marital status. MHI does not knowingly collect sensitive personal information from employment candidates.
We collect this data when you apply for our job opportunities or when you otherwise provide it to us. We use this personal information to:
  1. Process your employment application, including assessing your qualifications, checking your references, identity verification and criminal record, and communicating with you about your candidacy;
  2. Determining appropriate compensation; and
  3. Complying with applicable legal requirements

3. How do we share your information?
We share your information with third parties where necessary to fulfil the purposes identified above, including as outlined in the table below:

Your information may be held at our offices, and those of authorized third parties as described above. Some of these third parties may be based or share your information outside of your region. By submitting information to us, you consent to the communication of your information to, and the storage of that information, outside of your region. 7. How can you unsubscribe from electronic marketing communications?
Subject to applicable laws, MHI may send you electronic marketing communications including about our operations, newsletters, and upcoming events.
If at any time you wish to stop receiving marketing communications from us, we include an unsubscribe mechanism in all of our marketing emails or you can contact us as outlined in the section below “How can you contact us?”.
In addition, if applicable, you may update your communication preferences at any time in your MyCentre account.
Please keep in mind that, if you choose not to receive marketing communications, you will continue to receive transactional or account communications related to products and services that you have requested from us.
8. How will you know if this Privacy Policy changes?
From time to time, we may update this Privacy Policy. Where required by applicable law, we will notify you of these changes by publishing the updated Privacy Policy on our website.
